TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE FT. WORTH CHAPTER, SCRC: The incidents at the Vietnam Vets Rally in Glenrose September 21, 2002 were severe infractions of our rules and unlawful as well; however, these incidents and the following disciplinary actions from our National and State Officers have given me an opportunity to address other individuals who have also violated SCRC rules.
I have been appalled at the behavior or actions of certain members of the Ft. Worth Chapter, SCRC, for far longer than the previous weekend's incidents. During the last year or so, there have been two groups and one individual (Jimmie) who have not adhered to the simple few rules of the SCRC. I am no longer willing to be the peacekeeper between these groups and the general membership. In light of the tremendous complaints I received from the Ft. Worth Chapter membership as a whole, I have been forced to deal with all issues at this time. Regarding the decisions by our National & State Officers pertaining to the incidents in Glenrose and the actions of the USA Highway Riders, see their message attached at the end of this document. Specific individuals have been dropped from the SCRC roster as setout in their communication; however, the following individuals have also been dropped from the SCRC roster: Chuck Tagg Katy Tagg Carl Benton Glenn Dixon Denise Mullis Steve Holland Frank Kubat

Now for the second issue,
The group identifying themselves as the Blastmasters has and continues to violate the SCRC riding rules.
Specific occurrences of these violations happened on, February 17, 2002, and August 4, 2002 to mention only two incidents.
These two specific rides resulted in numerous member complains and additionally, I have had many complaints from new members who have ridden with this group on one occasion only and who have refused to ever ride with them again due to high speeds and unsafe practices.
Consequently, in my capacity as First Officer, the following individuals are also being removed from the SCRC roster:

Make no mistake; I intend to enforce the few simple rules that we have in this riding club using my full authority as the First Officer of the Ft. Worth Chapter. The remaining Officers of the Ft. Worth Chapter are aware of these decisions and are in full support of both National's and my decisions regarding the same. This is an adult "family oriented" RIDING CLUB and we will conduct ourselves accordingly. The decisions that have been reached are final and there will be no appeals considered by National, State or Local officers.
